About the Opportunity
Sullivan Home Loans is looking for motivated, competitive, and people-driven individuals who want to build a career in mortgage lending.
You do not need mortgage experience or an existing mortgage license to apply.
If you have the drive, personality, and willingness to learn, we’ll help you through the licensing process and train you from the ground up. Some previous sales experience is preferred, but we’re more interested in finding people who are ambitious, coachable, comfortable talking to people, and ready to build something for themselves.
This is a sales career. Your success will be driven by your ability to build relationships, generate business, follow up consistently, and take ownership of your growth.
What You’ll Do:
Once licensed and trained, you will:
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, pipeline meetings, and professional development
- Build and manage your own pipeline of mortgage clients
- Develop relationships with Realtors, referral partners, past clients, and your personal network
- Prospect for new business through calls, networking, social media, events, and community involvement
- Help borrowers understand their financing options and guide them through the mortgage process
- Work closely with our operations team to provide a smooth experience from application through closing
